Let's play in the woods
Mission
Let's play in the woods is the focus of Kat's Dogs.
I treat the dogs in my care like family and take great pride in providing them with the best experiences. My main goal is to ensure your dog enjoys a fun, stimulating environment while always keeping their safety at the forefront. I specialize in group hikes and playtime because, while neighborhood walks are nice, the benefits of group play encourages mental excitement, stimulation, and exercise, resulting in what I believe are happier and More well-adjusted pups!
My own dogs, Larry Bird and Bear, can’t wait to welcome your pup into our pack! 🐾

About Me
I am Kat McDougall. I grew up just outside of Boston and then headed out west to attend the University of Montana in Missoula. Montana stole my heart for several years, but I eventually made the leap back east with my little furry family: Finn the dog and Diane the cat, so I could be closer to my human family.
My career path has been diverse, from bartending to real estate, but everything changed when my husband Brian and I welcomed our wonderful daughter. When she started school, I embraced my passion and dove into American Sign Language Studies.
It is also when I discovered my love of dog walking and understood how much joy it could bring me. Sharing a great day on the trails with my pack enriches both my life and theirs.
